"I wish I could leave 0 stars. This has been a horrible place to do business with and I hope noone has to deal with what my husband has gone through! He decided to cancel his life insurance policy and go with a different plan. On his old one it was a pay back one so he was due 2700 back... we have been lied to for a month and given the run around by this office an Sheila. We never get a return call, they never follow up. We have been told twice his money would be here within 10 days... then both times it didn't so he would call and get another excuse. We then drove down to the office which is an hr away bc Mr Horne never returns our call. We then were told it would be 3/5 business days and the money would be direct deposited. It's been another week and we just found out my husband needs to sign something else! And then it will be another 3/5 days... it's never ending! So he will drive another hr to sign this...after we asked if that was all that was needed last time...so please look elsewhere before going here! Lord forbid if you ever need to file a claim your loved ones would probley not be able to."
